Anja is a lens-based artist, born in Russian Far East, grown up in Odessa (Ukraine) and currently based in Moscow.
Anja is focused on depersonalisation, depression and loss of identity in a world ruled by algorithms. Her main professional activities are related to the analysis, management and modelling of big data. She uses photography to connect professional and artistic practices.
