During the 2020 pandemic self-isolation I moved to Vladivostok while working according to Moscow time-zone. At that time I got a promotion into one of the most conflicted and complicated business units. Every working day, when everything became too sad and hopeless, I took a photo and wrote down the time when it was taken.
The shot was of the first image that came to mind, the first reaction to a stress trigger.
A few months ago I've quit, but anxiety stays despite my new shiny work. So I continue to film "stress shots" as a therapy.
